Our quotes are always
low enough to help to "keep that sale together". As we spend very little
on media advertising, use our own paid-in-full equipment, rarely drive
brand new trucks with fancy lettering, and can rely on 40 years personally
acquired know how.
We fully understand and
strictly adhere to the building code, but we also know that there is usually
more than one proper way to get from A to B.
Likewise, it does not
neccessarily follow that, "It must be better, because it costs more". Experience,
the best teacher of all, coupled with the lowest possible operating expense,
invariably enables us to offer the lowest possible quotes to our customers....
without sacrificing "one red cent" of quality.
Otherwise said, "We take
real good care of our customers". We are successful because we go to great
lengths to satisfy everyone. For our property management cutomers, we wash
the windows in the spring, clean the gutters in the fall, and keep an eye
on the house all winter.
